The French Ministry of Labour has extended its contract with SOLID, a Trimble Company, for an additional four years.
With the contract extension, the Ministry of Labour’s 2,000 business auditors will continue to use SOLID’s social data management solution to monitor transport companies. French transport companies use the SOLID software to calculate infringements and to check that drivers are paid in accordance with the French law.

Working with the French Ministry of Labour since 1995, this relationship allows SOLID to supply its customers with solutions that are in accordance with transportation legislation for archiving and calculating infringements and payroll.
This success comes a year after the SOLID was acquired by Trimble. Now customers can benefit from an industry-standard solution for social data management as part of Trimble’s Transport & Logistics portfolio.
SOLID software is specifically designed for the transport sector, focusing on companies with vehicles of more than 3.5 tonnes. SOLID software is easy to use and efficient, providing a high added value to the end user. The management solutions archive legal data (C1B and V1B) and automate infringements and payroll calculations.
